I did a presentation on one subject of my choice. A professor from MIt were there. And then I got selected. They selected me on the basis of my voice audible and content
Initially, have applied through online recruitment portal. Then they called for the personal interview. After the certificate verification, the personal interview was held on. Based on the experience and professional qualification the questions were been asked.

There was no oral interview. No written test. I was asked to take class for about ten minutes on the topic I prefer. I made a nice presentation of what I've prepared and got selected. Honestly, they were in need of staff urgently so they hired me without looking at my skills. That's what I felt
