The interview lasted about 25 min and was extremely laid back. He spent more time talking about Bi-marts operations and friendly, for the employee, work place then anything else. I felt at ease and no where intimidated or nervous. I could tell he was highly proud of his store and employee's and that this company is for their people as it's an employee owned operation. I was amazed how he went over each detail of the company. Super easy interview...mainly listening and not much talking. To make the "did you get an offer" question clear. I'm still waiting as the manager went on vacation. If they do offer, I will take the job unless I am offered one at a different location in the meantime.

Itcwas a very simple, standard interview. I was asked direct questions pertaining to job requirements and given information pertaining to the company . It was a very laid back environment where I felt comfortable.
