First had a phone interview, very short and talked about my background. Then had a virtual interview with the person I would be supporting. It was mostly conversational and asked how I do travel, how I prioritize, how do I find ways to make their life easier. Then had an in person interview with the same person and another manager. Similar to before, it was more conversational and talked about my background and what I could do for them. All happened within 2 weeks
