first round: prescreen interview. Talk about some basic ideas in machine learning, and experience. Second round, system design. How to design a large scale distributed system? Talk about some techniques about load balance etc. Third round: whiteboard coding. Two questions. Fourth round: basics in Internet Technology, three-way handshake etc.

There were three interviewers, one after another. The first interviewer was a tech lead in my future team, the second was a leader from another team in the same department, the third was the manager. I was interviewed near a couch and a refreshment vending machine where some employees passed by some times. All interviews started with some casual talks, then some questions related to the resume and course works, then some algorithm questions.
