Was done in 3 Stages (All Google Meet) First contact via email First interview with HR Second interview technical (with a junior member) - Poor english, barely kept communication flowing Third Interview Technical (unknown level of expertise)Poor english, barely kept communication flowing and/or knew how to pronounce Technical terms (had to use Google chat instead of saying) All interviews were done without any introduction or sharing what would be the scope of it. Due to the language barrier I would say it was not productive at all. Sending a junior member of team to interview a Senior position is never a good approach, also sending a more qualified member which could not communicate would not help either. In the end no feedback was provided of improvements, just the standard "Not the right fit" excuse, which is clear for me the interviewers could not provide a meaningful feedback because they did not could evaluate how the interview went.
