I was screen by a recruiter then had a phone intervew with the VP of technical operations followed by an onsite interview. The onsite was actually 4 interviews back to back. It was a long process but everyone was very friendly and approachable. The questions were not very technical, basic things like "Describe the process of an ELISA" and "Describe a Western Blot TSOP". The company is small but the people are all very excited to be working there and the interview was very positive.
