It depends, For me : Just one round with some basic testing questions and mostly focus on the compensation expected by the candidate lower the expectation more the chances to get selected. After joining I take part in some interviews and saw some : Interview taken by people who don't have any knowledge of that subject.. they just copy question from internet and start askin the question.
