I had interviews with 3 different people, and everyone of them was late for 3-15min! Also, some of the interviewers didn't even read my CV before the meeting. That was the first time for me that an employer was so negligent in hiring process. During my last interview I showed a different point of view regarding some things that were in place already, and this is why I think I was rejected. In summary I'm happy that I'm not going to work for that company, having into account the facts stated above.
