SQL round was very unprofessional, I feel like they want to sent their brothers and sisters into the company instead of other ethnicity. Different interviewer last minute, said you are heavy on window functions? ??????? and disconnected the whole time and seem to be working on something else while doing this interview.

The Interviewer rescheduled the interview twice first. Finally he joined on the third interview and the interviewer was distracted the whole time and was not even interested in the interview. It felt like he had already want hire someone and interviewing me for formality. Interviewer didn't even let me write the code and was pushing me onto next questions before letting me explain my approach. Then he finished the Interview within 20 mins and left in a hurry even though the duration was for 45 mins.
If someone is taking off from their work to interview at your organisation, respect their effort.
