The interviewer, doesn't even know how to interview, like imagine yourself in candidate's seat and you have 6 years of experience and you are being rejected in 10mins because you have mentioned you've worked as an automation SQA Engineer in start of career and within a second by just mentioning that, you will be asked to leave without a single question afterward. Now imagine you have worked as Technical Project Manager for around 4 years successfully delivering and working on different tech stacks but within 10mins, you're tagged with so called "Non-Technical" person. Like if you think the person is "Non-Technical" then why are you inviting that person for interview, this is just something called "humiliation". Firstly, the interviewer must know what the project management is and secondly one must know SQA engineer is technical.
