Thank you for sharing your experience. While it doesn't seem to have been positive, I would like to take a moment to walk you through our process. We have implemented Structured Interviewing, which is a combination of behavioral and technical questions. This type of interviewing requires the interview team to ask every candidate the exact same questions, allowing for consistency. We ask questions that require you to give examples and share situations or projects that you have worked on in the past. If our recruiting team did not prepare you for this process, we apologize and I will make sure this is being done going forward. We launched this process and rolled out training in July of 2023. Now that we have been interviewing under this process for over a year now, we are confident the experience is more consistent and positive across the board.
