Had a first interview with CEO passed that and then he stated that would have a technical interview which turn out to be a 4-day CTF mind you this is without them paying me for the four days. It consisted of 2 days Poping boxes and then 2 days to write a report and then I was supposed to present the report to the team as if they were a paying client.
