There was 1 stage face to face interview with a software engineer who clearly doesn't have an interview experience. Clearly there was noone suitable/available more than him. He asked me some java related questions and it was a "success" for the 30 min chat. This interview is done just for the sake of having face-to-face interview then they gave me a task. The task definition was a 2 page word document which prepared without too much care. It included variable names like date_time, which I have used without changing anything. The project i've built was satisfying the requirements and there were no bugs. but turned out that they were expecting it to be like a real-world project. One of the reasons was using variable date_time instead of camel case dateTime. It was my mistake to have accepted it in the 1st place. But I hate when they give you a word doc which carelessly prepared and then expect you to prepare something world class out of it.
