First call is with the recruiter. Second and third call is with implementation managers. If all goes well, you come onsite for a tour of the company and 3 consecutive interview, each lasting 45 minutes. Pretty standard interview questions. The process took 3 week from the call with recruiter until the offer.
Was reached out to by a recruiter about the position and they thought I would be a great fit. Had a quick call with the recruiter for fit and moved to 2nd interview with Hiring manager. From there moved to interview with a director who confirmed they were putting me through to the next round.
Recruiter called right after the interview and spoke about next steps. Then heard nothing back. Followed up a few times, and was completely ghosted. Disappointing to go through this process only to get radio silence. Other reviews on here are telling the truth, ghosting is a common theme here.

My recruiter was James Acosta and I must say that James interviewing techniques should be the blueprint for all recruiters to adopt in order to ensure that the candidate and the company are a perfect match. James has made my interviewing process smooth yet concise, non-stressful, and a very pleasant and fun experience.
I've been on a total of 5 interviews starting with James as my recruiter, then the hiring manager, lead Implementations Consultant, Impementations Manager and Implementations Team Lead, and finally an interview with the VP. My interviews were a mixture between over-the-phone and WebEx video conference calls. Every interview that I've had was very pleasant in which I did not feel I was being judged by a room full or people, but yet sitting with a team of colleagues who genuinely wanted to get to know me and I in turn wanted to get to know them individually as well as learn more about the company culture.
I am very big on communication so I liked the fact that James stayed in constant communication with me. Each week I got an update on the next steps in the interview process, all the way up to my job offer. I also like that during the interview process with the Implementations team that each colleague deems communication as a high priority when it comes to implementing and completing a successful project. I knew from the conversations during each of my interviews that Blackline is the right fit for me and that I am the right fit for Blackline.
