The first process was the HireVue interview. There were about 3-5 behavioural questions. They gave me some time to prepare my answer. I only had 5 days to respond after submitting the resume.

2 stage Hirevue focused on your knowledge of the company itself, and recent knew in the respective field of application. Followed by an aptitude test focused on your values and preferences, and a mathematical test focused on working with numbers and problem-solving.

Mainly, they ask basic questions on "why us?" and "what is the latest new related to BlackRock that caught your attention/got you interested". You had 2-3 minutes to answer each question. Can't answer twice. This is all HireView.
