Two stage interview process:
1) Two 30min back-to-back phone interviews with members in different business areas
2) Two 45min back-to-back in person interviews with two interviewers (1 junior [Assoc/VP], 1 senior [Dir/MD] interviewer)

Main focus was on understanding current global market, macroeconomic and socio-political trends. There was no really technical questions, but rather just so they could get a feel as to how interested one is as a 'student of the market'.
The first process was the HireVue interview.
There were about 3-5 behavioural questions.
They gave me some time to prepare my answer.
I only had 5 days to respond after submitting the resume.
2 stage Hirevue focused on your knowledge of the company itself, and recent knew in the respective field of application. Followed by an aptitude test focused on your values and preferences, and a mathematical test focused on working with numbers and problem-solving.
