Although I read interview reviews on glassdoor about how careless HR about the interview process. Well, nothing has changed.
1st technical round - on premise, on the weekend it is expected that most of the round will finish off, but they have invited a lot of people(over their management capacity) and they took only one technical round and after waiting for more than 2 hours they informed me that i have cleared first round and they will call for next round in weekdays. Means I wasted more than 4 hours (mostly waiting) only for one round.
2 technical round - next week I got a call and they took two technical interviews, one with CTO
1 HR - on the same day, negotiation and discussion on salary.
2 weeks After HR Round, well that was surprising... that was manager round, Questions related to task management and different scenario related to management.
After 2 weeks I got a call that they find my profile more suitable for another role in L3, so I denied for the new role. Then they told me that they will call me later. They even didn't care to inform me after wasting so much time. Well, I got a better opportunity so I don't care but yes they need to improve interview process.
