I had a phone screen with the recruiter. I felt the call went well. Never heard back from him and I sent a couple of follow up emails. I wouldn’t have expected this from the company as it had good reviews but my experience was subpar. At least he could have responded with a thanks no thanks. This is far too common with companies and should stop if they really have a talent focus. It will eventually catch up to them. I am grateful for platforms like Glassdoor that give applicants a preview of the recruitment and employment opportunities with a company.
