I was contacted after about three months from applying online. The recruiter was very responsive initially, and the first few interviews were great. I was asked a bunch of technical questions, and what I would do in certain scenarios. None of them were difficult, which was surprising. Unfortunately, the compensation was very low for the nature of the work and area, and the recruiter took two weeks to get back to me with an offer after notifying me I got the job. I also went through 7 interviews...unnecessary. I was surprised that I wasn't flown out to their office as well. They must have a lot of trust in people they've never met in person. The guys I spoke with over Skype were all great, though. It's a shame their compensation was so low, otherwise I would have accepted. The recruiter showed zero interest in any negotiation.
