The first "interview" was online but in the form of a video recording.
I found the experience very unpleasant. I had to answer questions popping up on my screen, then record myself answering them.
The length of the video recording was set, therefore, it was sometimes too little time to answer some big questions that required more argumentation. It was 2min if I remember correctly.

The questions were mainly about my knowledge of the financial field and news.
Went into the office, received a badge, interview was done for an hour - lots of questions about cv and some basic interview questions. Afterwards was told to take some snacks and drinks from the pantry.
