I applied and got invited to interview twice for different SFA roles. First time i got ghosted for over a month and after multiple follow up emails, the recruiter said they hired someone else. I got this kind of a response after 4 rounds of interviews. The second time I thought it'd be different. I got an invitation to schedule a phone interview and the recruiter never called. I sent him an email asking if we need to reschedule and NO response. This place is filled with recruiters that does not care about the candidate one bit. It's crazy how a big company can have such an unprofessional hiring system. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste time on their million rounds of interviews just to get ghosted.

Interview at Bloomberg HQ with the hiring manager followed by an excel live test. Then I had an interview with a member of an adjacent team. It was a difficult experience- try not to over think the excel when demonstrating!
