Extremely negative experience; ghosted after I asked for an interview accommodation possibility. HR almost misjudged my qualifications due to the industry terms I used were different from the ones listed on job description. Also, HR sounded patronizing when trying to examine my qualifications. However, HR eventually agreed that my experiences aligned after I thoroughly explained some differences in the terminology used. As much as it seemed like my profile matched, I was then ghosted as I asked for potential flexibility for the onsite interview (I was willing to interview onsite but just needed some time to commute). Appearently, this question threw them off and they only wanted to consider local candidates. Like what others mentioned, they filled the vacancy but didn't have the common courtesy to tell candidates.
