That interview was incredibly frustrating. Despite performing well in the interview rounds, I didn't receive any response from the HR. They didn't answer my calls or emails, and I didn't even receive a rejection email. I spent almost 3 hours for nothing. It started with a 10-minute initial call with HR about roles, responsibilities, skills, and experience. Then came the technical interview with one of the seniors, which lasted for 1 hour and 35 minutes. It was the longest interview I've ever had. We covered a wide range of technical topics including RestAPIs, SQL, Linux, problem-solving coding questions, situation-based questions, handling escalations, and more. The hiring manager round was no less intense, lasting over an hour. We discussed situation-based questions, RestAPIs, work experiences, and lots of real-life scenarios. There was even a question about why I hadn't mentioned my 10th and 12th marks in my resume – quite amusing! The whole interview process was exhausting and draining. By the end, I had no energy left, but I did my best to remain calm and composed.
