The first interview was a screening call with HR. After that, I had a call with the hiring manager who would act as my direct manager should I obtain the role. The following interview was a case analysis study that I had to prepare at home and then present to certain team members in person. After this stage they conducted reference checks and then I had an additional interview after the fact to confirm the company's decision.
