It was a standard 30 minute phone interview. The questions were fairly standard as well; like "what are your manufacturing / leadership experiences," and "how are you a good fit for the company?"

When would you compromise meeting a deadline versus the overall product quality?
Overall a good experience, recruiter was very warm and understanding. Intimidating and in-depth on specificities of personal experiences but understandably so, considering the skills and effort required to design and manufacture reusable launch vehicles.

What's one project that you worked on where the application of GD&T had a large impact on?
Had a 1 call with a recruiter, who asked me about myself, and asked if i met the qualifications for the role. Then got ghosted for the 1:1s call, was never scheduled even after reaching out.

Colloquio
Three back-to-back interviews with hiring managers with each being for one hour. They were hiring for two positions in their pipe shop.
Most of the questions were in STAR format and the technical questions were focused on process engineering.
