I interviewed with four people. Everyone came with questions from HR. One of them told me that they were required to ask these questions. It seems to me that those questions are cookie cutter questions that you can find on the net, but it wasn't really relate to the job.

Very akward interview. The person leading it asked me to code inside Microsoft Teams chat. I've never been asked to do something so outrageous in my entire career. You would think a company doing billions in revenue would have a more mature process.
