Two phone interviews & 1 teleconference.The process started out ok. The interviewers kept me informed. However, after completion of the last round, alllll 5 individuals involved in the process went MIA!!! For someone to put in all the time/energy and not even have the decency to let them know you’ve moved on to another candidate, is RUDE and unprofessional. Do your job and let the applicant know.Some of us have families to feed and can’t sit around waiting. Recruiting is sort of like marketing for your company , from what I’ve experienced so far, these individuals have represented BSC HORRIBLY! I will never utilize the services of this company, nor will any of my friends/family.
