6 total interviews and took about 2 1/2 months to interview. Talent Acquisition team going through major reorg with systems, teams, and processes. Everyone in the interview process was transparent. The whole time I had no idea what team I was even interviewing for and every time I asked no one knew. Got to the final interview with the director and she explained that it was a “draft” selection which didn’t really make sense to me. So either way I wouldn’t have had a choice. You would think that after 6 interviews by at least the 2nd or 3rd they would know but didn’t. Even throughout the interview process I was told by one of the Directors that candidates would quit after 2 or 3 months which was somewhat alarming to me especially seeing how they had SO many openings at the time within the different Talent Acquisition teams. I even had my hopes up after being told by 2 different interviewers that they recommended I should be hired. Extremely thankful to go through the process but after asking the right questions not sure if it was a fit for me long term. Especially after talking to a friend of mine that even consulted their in the past.
