I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Blueliv asked me to change the initially agreed time twice. The interviewer was late for the call and told me that she was driving to a client meeting due to start in 15 min, so we had little time. She asked me about my experience and what I knew about the company. She was very pushy asking me about my previous salary and wasn’t open to a discussion. It was very much a one-way interview. She didn’t ask if I had any questions and when I tried to ask them, I was told the time was out. She abruptly finished the call as I could hear her rushing into the meeting she was late for. I received an email one month later saying they had put the recruitment process “on hold until further notice” but that they were still interested in me as a candidate and were going to contact me after the process had been resumed. I never heard from them since.
