Odd interviewing process. I had 3 separate interviews with 3 separate people and was told there would be a 4th interview. The interviewers were very kind and asked mostly culture based questions to find out about your character. What do you do for fun, what kind of movies do you like, etc. During the 3rd interview it was casually mentioned, "hey by the way did anyone tell you yet you have to fly to California to train and also fly in after every couple of weeks?" Obviously by the 3rd interview you would think someone would have mentioned this to weed out people who are not interested in that but nope. Seems excessive as within 3 separate interviews a candidate should know this information. I was surprised by this news (as anyone from out of state would be) and I'm sure ultimately that did not get me the job. Be prepared to fly out of state if you are not directly in CA and work weekends.
