Four person panel style interview. Each person took a turn asking questions. Interviewers would ask follow on questions as needed. Interviewee was giving a chance to ask questions at the end.

Got a call from the hiring manager and setup an interview. Met with 3 managers and discussed the role and where they saw it going in the future. Discussed the current team culture and how I might fit in. Discussed my experience and how it could be a good fit for the objectives of this team. Discussed the future of this team and my role in it. Got a call the next day with an offer.
