All questions are scripted. Just do not open up the conversation to other items or its fair game.
You will get the job...No problem.
The phone interview is the interview. There is no two part process for interviews.

I recruited from a university career fair. The Boeing Company was down for the whole week conducted workshops and networking events prior to the actual career fair day. Once career fair day hit I already knew the Boeing reps and overall I got an interview and the interview was really simple. 5 behavioral questions in which you need to answer in STAR format. The panel interview did not take more than 45 minutes and was really welcoming and inviting.
