Situation, what's the target/goal, what actions you took, what were the results i.e. did you meet your target?
They will always ask a technical question, Cross cultural/diversity question, team setting question, how you prioritze work/overcoming a difficult problem question.

There is a few rounds of interview.
1st round usually involve some kind of case study / behavioral questions. As for the job vacancy I was interested in, it ask about how to efficientize excel data etc.
2nd round is panel user interview where they will each take turns asking questions and you have to answer them in the STAR technic.

I went through two rounds of interview. First, panel interview with hiring manager and hr. second presentation interview with the team.
Followed by offer in about 3 months. During the wait they asked me to keep an eye on other positions.

Phone call; 6 interview questions discussing different scenarios and how one handled each circumstance. In addition, they had a panel of 5 people on the conversation, with the hiring manager alongside other key strategy leaders. Once the interview concludes, if you are to get an offer the recruiter will call you informing you of the decision. I have also interviewed for a separate role where the hiring manager called me indicating I did not get the role, and explained why, along with areas to work on. There is a high level of transparency in the process, which I respect and appreciate.
