Structured interview a set of standard question will be asked , answers will be evaluate and compared to other candidates. It is one hour interview on the phone only , with two managers asking questions from a set of predetermined question database no technical question asked during the process like algorithm or coding , pretty flexible and friendly up interview

In fist phase they ask monotonous questions ...
People feel insecure of their position when they recruit close band .. You would feel reluctancy to take interview .
It might have happened because of insecure individual but it should for such a big company
