Three sets of telephone interviews in three month space and one onsite interview by the same people (+3) after two month. Not enough details provided before each interview (like if that was meant for technical, behavioral or functional..) because the HR rep. disengaged after first screen and the hiring manager scheduled interviews for this senior position. Poor feedback process after each interview and lots of misinformation in emails for delays in the process but kept bugging me. On-site interview location changed without notice on the interview day. There are inherent problems within the division and the HR and thus not willing to commit for a career with irresponsible group @ Boeing IT. Perhaps it is too big for a change. I would not recommend an experienced or professional level career in that group.
