The company uses a standard interview question format that also requires the interviewers to not engage with the interviewee in any way other than asking the questions and writing notes. The questions seem dry and impersonal and it was hard to get a feel for whether the interviewee would fit in with the team, and the interviewers make it very difficult to tell if they are interested in you as a potential team member. The interview process was not enjoyable.
