The company contacted with me very quickly, just one day after I sent them my CV. Firstly they made a call and asked me about my experience. Questions were more about soft skills than programming (working with client, experience with scrum, agile etc.). After that Boldare invited me to the office in Wroclaw for an interview. The interview had two parts. In first part, I had to tell about my previous job (about projects, managment methodology, contact with client etc.), my hobbies, and why I want to join Boldare. In second part of interview they asked me questions to prove my programming level. The atmosphere was casual, and I didn't feel stressed. Few days after interview they called me again, and said to me that I moved on to the next stage. I had one week for writing a small app in Angular. The requirements of this app were very precise. One day after I sent the app I received an offer. They gave me detailed feedback about my strengths and weaknesses. The whole process was very dynamic. Everyone who I met was easy going, open minded and professional.
