The level, expertise and experience of people that interviewed me appeared to me at a very low level. I think this is due to rapid growth and expansion that company enjoyed in recent years and this can also be seen as an opportunity for any skilled professional who would be joining their team. One other thing that was not comfortable for me was the low emotional intelligence level (cold and emtionless) of majority of those who I talked to, for example the recruiter did not do any "warm up" during the first conversation.
