The interview process comprised two phases: an in-person interview and a skills assessment. The in-person interview followed a conventional format, featuring typical questions like "why are you interested in working with us" and an exploration of the role and company. The skills assessment, conducted within a one-hour time frame, involved designing a company flyer using the Adobe Suite. I had the freedom to choose the tools I needed and was provided with a private space to work. The overall experience was highly positive, and the staff was very friendly.

Mostly questions about my experience and points on my resume. There were two interviews, first with the recruiter, second with the HR Executive and Project Coordinator from Marketing (since it was a marketing job).
I asked them directly about all of their negative online reviews and they tried to persuade me that they were dealing with all of that past stuff and they convinced me to take the job anyway. Some of it turned out to be true.

Whether I could handle my projects being criticized and revised from multiple layers of management, plus the large workload. Other than that, nothing really unexpected/no trick questions or "where do you see yourself in 5 years"-type questions.
