initially sat and they were nice people etc. they went through my cv with me and I spoke about it in depth, no questions were asked which was kind of odd.

Interview was easy enough, a 20 minute chat and the interviewer was friendly. However, I never even got a call back from them letting me know their decision. They wanted an immediate start and didn't have the decency to at least email telling me I didnt get it.

It was a standard conversation, not many questions were asked but both interviewers were very nice people. I was asked about my history of academics and why I was applying for the job.
