Started off with an introductory call with an engineering manager and the VP of engineering. Lasted about an hour and included talks about our backgrounds and the company itself. Second interview was technical one with two Senior Engineers. Lasted about 2 hours. Format was a free Q and A since I was coming from a different tech stack. Last interview was with the CTO. Lasted about half an hour. Format was free and questions were rather general and high level such as why did I choose IT, what are my aspirations and how do I typically approach problem solving.
