First interview was an informal chat about past experiences and explanation about the role. After this I was invited for a second interview (for a more junior role), which I accepted. Regretfully, after the second interview I got ghosted and email and phone calls where ignored.

Calls with CEO, HR and direct superior. All conversations via Skype, as the company works a lot remotely. Friendly and competent. Conversations display overall tone in organisation, which is friendly and inviting.
