I received an email to schedule the initial phone interview online. The recruiter never called, and I sent an email and voice message regarding the interview. After several delayed email responses, I get the interview with the recruiter the following week. We moved forward, and jumped to a face to face interview in the office with the Senior Account Manager a week after my interview with the recruiter. The face to face interview lasted an hour. I felt like I was being tested and drilled. It was likely the most difficult interview with minimal required qualifications. I left that Thursday uncertain of the interview, and received a rejection email on Monday.
