I got a previous call from the HR department In Italian where they asked me about my CV and previous experiences, in addition to actions I would have taken in managing hotel relationship. How I would have prioritize visiting and approach with existing e potential new structures. They even asked me how I thought the rating of the structure is made (I though about the stars you give to each services after being hosted in a Booking strusture, such cleanliness, staff kindness, position, additional services and so on...). This first step was fine and they invited me for a personal interview with the Senior Accunt Manager..During the meeting I was on Skype call wih another Senior Account Manager in another Southern Italian area and they asked me about my CV, and to comment some charts about room availability in different seasons.. To conclude they told me to simulate an approach to convince an hotel to give them more rooms during summer time...Everything was in Italian except for a quite unexpected question about the animal I would like to be....I admit I was not really good to choose an animal and describe why in English. Certainly, I would even face troubles to answer this question in Italian as well... :S
