The hiring process for this Books-a-Million was very simple. A very simple online application that will tell the management how passive you are as a person. That was followed by a phone call asking me to come in for an interview, which was absolutely embarrasing for the management. The lack of preperation was a hint at was the rest of the job was going to be.
