The first person I met with was the assistant manager. She was very friendly and was able to schedule me for an interview within a 2 week period. I was interviewed by the General Manager who was also very nice. He hired me on the spot, and the paperwork process was fairly simple.

It was a quick phone call and was very easy, casual conversation. Questions focused on background and interest in working at the store and knowledge of stock management. I also went in person to discuss further.
