The interview process was over the phone. I got a great explanation of the company and the various opportunities the company has. It was a very basic interview, no "gotcha" questions. It was a very down to earth discussion about the company's position and my experiences. I had 2 phone interviews one with the direct manager, and another with his manager. I interviewed from across the country. They would have liked me to interview in person, but given the snow storms, it was not possible. The total process took about a week to two weeks to get hired.
