I dialed in and it was only the hiring manager and I; he was really nice and only asked a couple of questions, we more or less had a short 10-15 minute conversation. After the phone interview, I received a tentative offer the very next day. I worked salary negotiations with the recruiter, and was presented with a final offer 2-3 days later. Overall, the process was painless.
