The process was smooth, and the interviewers are nice. But I got no reply even after one month. After inquiring, I got a reject. It is hard to judge what they really want.

It was very smooth at the beginning with HR screening and interview. I was expected to hear back in at least 2 weeks. I followed up on it with recruiter after the 2 week mark but I was told they had no updates. It’s been over two months with no update so I believe I have my answer

There were two interviewers present, one of whom was kind and tried to lighten the air at the beginning. Also said nice things about me and my character so kinda thought I would get the offer honestly
