I had a good evaulation on my internship work, so BCG give me two round interview.
For each round total 45 mins:
15 mins behavior questions: normal Question including self-introduction, leadership and teamwork experience.
30 case interview: Profit improvement, market entry(a small market sizing), Location seletion
5 Q&A and casual talk
Two round: two managers and two partners
